Getting In
Digital Tickets
To buy tickets to upcoming events at TD Place visit the Online Box Office, or call 613-232-6767. Ticket delivery is mobile — all tickets are purchased and scanned using our mobile ticketing software. Once purchased, download your ticket into your mobile device's wallet (e.g. Apple Wallet, Google Pay) for easy access at the gate.
Bags
All bags will be inspected upon entry. Bags must be soft-sided and able to fit under your designated seat. Clear bags are highly encouraged — guests with a clear bag will be permitted entry via our express lanes for a faster experience.
Cashless Policy
In an effort to reduce points of contact between individuals at our venue, TD Place is entirely cashless. Debit and credit cards are accepted at all points of sale.
Electronic Devices
Electronic devices (laptops, battery packs, tablets, tablet cases, etc.) are permitted subject to inspection prior to entry and at the discretion of TD Place and/or local and national security agencies. Mobile phones are generally not subject to inspection. Devices may need to be demonstrated as operational, but no personal information or data will be accessed.
Re-Entry
Re-entry policies vary depending on the specific event — look for event details or contact our team at info@tdplace.ca. When re-entry is permitted, guests must retain their original ticket and have it readily available for scanning both upon exit and re-entry. Failure to present a valid ticket may result in denial of re-entry.
Getting Here
Your event ticket at TD Place gets you free transit service starting three hours before the event, during the event, and for 3 hours after the game on all OC Transpo and STO routes (note: STO routes are not free for some TD Place events). Special routes provide direct service to TD Place from across Ottawa and Gatineau. Guests can also bike along the Rideau Canal pathways — free, secure bike parking is available on-site during REDBLACKS games. For details, visit the directions page or call 1-844-FAN-INFO (326-4636).

Last call varies by event: REDBLACKS and BlackJacks — start of the 4th quarter; 67's and PWHL Ottawa — 10-minute mark of the 3rd period; Atlético — 70-minute mark. No refunds are offered for confiscated alcohol or for entry denied/removal due to rule violations.
