Your Game Ticket Is Your Ride
Shuttle rides are free with your game ticket. Shuttles run 2 hours before kick-off and 90 minutes after the final whistle. We strongly recommend using our shuttle services to avoid congested parking around the site — plan ahead so you don't miss any Game Day action!
Canada Post HQ - 2701 Riverside Dr.
Pick Up & Drop Off - No changes for the 2026 season, continues to run as usual.
Drop Off at TD Place - Drop off is at the Shuttle Loop near Queen Elizabeth Dr., due to ongoing Lansdowne 2.0 construction.
Post-Game Pick Up - Pick up in the same location, within the Shuttle Loop near Queen Elizabeth Drive. Queues are set up on both sides of the Shuttle Loop.
Carleton University - 1125 Colonel By Dr.
Pick Up & Drop Off - No changes for the 2026 season. Park in Lots P7, P5, or P18 for $8 using the QR code provided by on-site staff, then ride the free shuttle to TD Place.
Drop Off at TD Place - Drop off on Marche Way between Gates 2 and 3, due to ongoing Lansdowne 2.0 construction.
Post-Game Pick Up - Pick up in the same location on Marche Way between Gates 2 and 3. Queue lines will be placed on the east side of Local.

Your event ticket is your FREE ride on OC Transpo, LRT, and STO on REDBLACKS game days. Regular OC Transpo buses, LRT, STO, and Para Transpo run from 3 hours before kickoff until 3 hours after the game. The REDBLACKS 450 Series buses run from 2 hours before kickoff until 90 minutes after the game. Beat the parking hassle and take transit to the game!

LRT — Free with Your Event Ticket
LRT is included free with your event ticket on REDBLACKS game days. Fans can get a free ride starting 3 hours before kickoff and up to 3 hours after the game. At the fare gate entrance, press the call button and an operator will verify your ticket and open the gate.
Para Transpo — Free for REDBLACKS Games
Para Transpo rides are free for guests attending REDBLACKS games. Fans can get a free ride starting 3 hours before kickoff and up to 3 hours after the game. The standard booking process must still be followed to schedule your pick-up and drop-off times in advance.
DRIVING - Parking Options
TD Place Garage — Prepaid Only
On REDBLACKS Game Days, parking in the TD Place Garage is reserved for prepaid parking passes only, starting 5 hours before kickoff. Guests with prepaid passes must enter through the Queen Elizabeth Drive entrance. All other vehicles are encouraged to use free Shuttle options or ride free OC Transpo with their game ticket.
Other Driving Options
Ride Share
Due to restricted access on REDBLACKS game days, rideshare pickups are not available immediately outside the venue. Move a few blocks away from the site so your driver can reach you safely.
Street Parking
Street parking is extremely limited on game days. FREE OC Transpo and Shuttle Services are strongly encouraged. If you do park on surrounding streets, read all posted signage and be respectful of fire hydrants, driveways, and intersections.
Queen Elizabeth Drive Access
Queen Elizabeth Drive has regular seasonal closures, but will be accessible on game days starting 4 hours before kickoff.

Accessible Entry Gates
Gate 4 is no longer an accessible entry point. Accessible entry is now at Gate 1 and Frank Clair Way.
Golf Cart Transport
Golf cart transportation is available around the site. Convenient waiting area at Marche Way and Exhibition Way, near the Chipotle. A separate golf cart runs continuously to the upper north stadium stands from Arena Gate 1.
Accessibility Services
Our Accessibility Team is available for every ticketed event to help you get where you need to go. Services include wheelchair transportation, quiet spaces, sensory kits, and more.
Active Transportation Walking, Biking & More
Walking
On game days, access TD Place via Bank Street (West), Queen Elizabeth Drive (East), or Holmwood Ave (North). There is no site access from the South or Great Lawn area due to ongoing Lansdowne 2.0 construction.
Bike Valet
Located at the west end of Aberdeen Plaza near Milestones, the free bike valet requires no lock! Just drop off your bike and helmet worry-free. Service opens 90 minutes before the game and closes 45 minutes after the final whistle.
